Website package prices and day plans are indicative. A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written itinerary and quotation, you accept the stated terms, and the required payment is received. The final written confirmation controls the destination, duration, hotel category, transport, meals, inclusions and exclusions.
Payment and documents
The quotation will specify the advance amount, balance due date and accepted payment method. You are responsible for giving accurate traveller names, contact information and any documents or permits required for the route. Do not pay into a personal account not identified in our written payment instructions.
Accommodation and transport
Hotel check-in and check-out times follow the hotel’s policy. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may cost extra. The agreed vehicle and route are for the itinerary stated in your confirmation; extra stops, waiting time, parking, permits or changes may incur a charge if not included.
Mountain travel and safety
Weather, traffic, road closures, altitude, permits and local regulations may require changes to sightseeing or transport. Activity participation depends on local operator rules and safety conditions. Follow the instructions of qualified guides, drivers and authorities. Tell us about mobility or health needs that could affect your trip when you enquire.
Conduct and belongings
Travellers should treat staff, suppliers and other guests respectfully and comply with applicable laws. Please keep passports, money, devices and other valuables secure. We can assist with incident reporting but cannot guarantee recovery of lost items.
Cancellations and changes
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains cancellation charges, changes and refunds. Any package-specific supplier restrictions in the written quotation also apply.
